Very nice place to stay and easy to afford on a budget! Friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely stay again!
Stayed here recently and had a good experience. The motel is very budget-friendly and worth the price. Rooms were clean, neat, and well-maintained. Bathroom and bedding were also properly cleaned. Staff behaviour was polite, frank, and helpful. Overall, a great option.
Very clean. Good WiFi. Super friendly. Nice enough, nothing fancy. Good price. Good location for anything on the east side. Bed is very very firm. Not comfortable for me. Fair amount of traffic noise. But, overall a good place to stay. Seems plenty safe.
Mesa Oasis Inn & Motel is a great option if you’re traveling on a budget. it’s affordable, the rooms are clean and in a convenient location near Phoenix and Tempe. They don't charge deposits. the stay was smooth overall.

Every other hotel in the Phoenix/Tempe area was ridiculously expensive, and this place turned out to be a total hidden gem.
