Not impressed. I recieved a coupon in the maiI so I decided to go get a new set of nails and a relaxing pedicure..... NOPE instead I sat in the most uncomfortable chair EVER!! for over an hour while I got a GEL X full set which is real simular to Lee Press ons but it's baked on to your nail bed with a UVA light that actually burnt? I booked a gel pedicure and got a rushed, low-quality job with what seemed like regular polish. No one asked about shape or length, there was no massage, and communication was nonexistent. When I asked if the polish was gel, the tech said yes—but it clearly wasn’t. Despite having an appointment, they were cramming in walk-ins and speeding through everything.
