The person that answered the phone politely told me that you guys service all over Arizona. Ironic that I was told that if I need to cancel I am required to give 24h notice in advance however they cancelled and did not gave me 24h notice!

I called and asked if they service my area and the girl that answered the phone confirmed that they service all over AZ. Ironic that I was told that if I needed to cancel I needed to give them 24h in advance however they cancelled and did not have a 24h notice. Unprofessional!
Ed was the repair technician to come out to repair the release valve on our tank. He came out the first time and didn't finish the job because it was raining at the time. When he left he said he was going to call and reschedule the repair. He never called, so I had to call the following workday to schedule. At the appointment time I recieved a call from Ed saying he couldn't do the repair because we hadn't flushed the tank. At no point were we told to do this.
