Shawn and Chris came out and helped with some long ethernet runs for my new PoE cameras as well as terminating some cable ends. Because they had the original drawings for my home wiring it went very smoothly. Mesa did a great job for me.
The worst customer service. Installed poor quality parts and then claimed it wasn't their issue when they failed, but they would "upgrade" the system for $1,000's. I wouldn't trust these folks with doing any work on anything. The installation is bad and the support is worse. Bunch of crooks.
This has been the worst customer service that we have ever experienced. The system was not completely installed as the installer did not know how to setup the camera. We requested that our digital keypad be setup and we were told to just use the app... Our home was burglarized and we were not able to identify the assalent as our camera system was not working.
