Very well equipped. Friendly. Clean. I love this Gym. Stretched, ran for a bit. Did some ab, arms, and back workouts. Then did a few laps in the pool, soaked in the hot tub and finished with a sauna rest. What a great start to the day.
The swim instructor was great. V is the instructors name.
Great experience every body helpful and friendly 👍 nice facilities every clean and working well
The ladies in the pool were delighted that we will conduct aqua fitness classes on Monday and Wednesday (at least for the next 2 weeks). I received several thank you and so commitments to come Monday Wednesday while we have a temporary instructor.
