We went to Mesa Engineering for a septic and foundation design. Chad took soil samples, and said he would have something in six weeks. Six weeks later, we had a meeting and they opened the files for the first time. Paul wouldn't work with us on the foundation design. Chad didn't get back with us on the septic. We found a different engineer who did the foundation design in three days. Four months in, we finally get a septic design from Chad, with the field in the wrong place.
