I called for directions because my 2 in1 Electrolux vacuum needs a new switch. The young man on the phone was quite unfriendly and when I tried to tell him that I googled "Electrolux vacuum repair locations'" their address came up which it shouldn't, he just hung up on me.
I am pleased with my repair. It was fairly priced and now my appliance is working great. Glad I chose to repair instead of buy.
