This place is amazing the ladys up front were very polite and upstanding the Dr was amazing he was willing to do whatever made me most comfortable with everything going on i could not be happier with my visit
I received an email that I was due for a checkup. So I emailed and made an appointment for May 2024. I show up to my appointment and didn't recognize anyone there and they had you register on a computer terminal that wasn't there before. I got through it but people after me had problems and I think the system went down. When they called me back I was getting an x-ray and the tech wasn't going to put the lead bib on me, I asked her to and she said I didn't need it and I replied I wanted it, I wanted to avoid any unnecessary e... read more
I'm so disappointed to find out that Mesa dentistry has merged with another company. When I called to confirm my appointment they did not have me down. The receptionist was pretty clueless about everything I asked her. I loved the dentist's that were there when it was Mesa dentistry. They were very nice and gentle with me knowing I have a really rough time with dentist's. I don't know what I'm going to do now. Really upset.
