I was very satisfied with the quality of construction of my Pulte home and with the high level of customer service Pulte's warranty department provided in addressing any and all concerns that arose in the year following the purchase of my home.
Absolutely the worst. Get third party inspection at every step, read your contracts and visit your lots at all phases. Just make sure you are looking out for yourself because the developers are looking out for themselves and they run the neighborhood board and can't see how it's a problem when most of the violations are by the construction crews.
