Absolutely the worst. Get third party inspection at every step, read your contracts and visit your lots at all phases. Just make sure you are looking out for yourself because the developers are looking out for themselves.
Avoid Pulte Homes at all costs. Their sales reps are completely untrained and fail to provide even the most basic, necessary information to buyers. We were promised our dream home, only to be blindsided after choosing a lot. No one disclosed that our plot had an easement, that certain features couldn’t be added, or that our backyard would be significantly smaller than the neighboring property.
