I take all my dogs here for care. They are very helpful and care about my dogs. Dr. Willard is the best veterinarian I have ever had.
I have used this vet for 30 years. Mostly for horses and other large animals only because of distance. He has always been nice and responded to the 1 or 2 emergencies I’ve had. He recently made a trip to our home in Pittsburg to euthanize my horse. Charged me $80. Cost $200 to bury her. He worked me into his Saturday schedule to euthanize my dog when my small animal vet was unavailable.
Horrible experience. I felt like they only thought of me as an ATM and my dog had the PIN number. They were rude and unprofessional. Their replies to my dogs needs were with no emotion or thought and their appeared to be no care or concern as a true pet lover would show and express. Avoid them if you are a true animal lover.
Rude as hell...and I will share this far and wide.. I was on speaker phone and 28th another client...my horse in severe..distress choking .shock dipheretic...I called every vet but no answers...friend and client called him... he answered and was so hateful...wow...the last part was harassing me about how fast I could arrive...hell I am not a clock or map... reasonable time for the trailer on it way to arrive ...friends to assist me in loading horse into trailer .I have two fx Vertebra...an bour just over tops ...cannot famil... read more

Our search for vets stopped here. Best vet in the 4-State area hands down! Its a 45 min trip for us but its well worth it!
