Multiple posts on here complaining about restroom and concession lines being outrageous dating back a long time. I waited in line well over an hour last night before quitting because the headliner came on. You have replied to some of the posts that this is something you are working on. With this being an acknowledged problem for at least a couple years now, is anything in the works to fix it?
Your system to purchase ticket is terrible and no one that is on your staff wants to help or is available to help. Your phones route to no one helpful.

I keep telling myself you guys will figure it out but once again you’ve proven yourself to be the worst venue in AZ. Having to stand in line 45 minutes to get a drink is agonizing. And cutting off sets by 30 minutes when there’s a curfew of 10:00 PM is unacceptable for fans that pay good money to see their favorite artist play. How bands continue to book this venue is mind-boggling.

We apologize for the long concession lines. We are looking at ways to improve service in that area. Regarding the set times, the band is made aware of the 10pm curfew, but they determine the set times other than that. I hope you will give us another chance in the future.
Lost my phone in the mosh pit during Slightly Stoopid's set and the staff were able to locate it the next morning! I am so grateful for the good times and the awesome Mesa amphitheater staff! Keep up the awesome work!

whomever runs this event concession company should not only be fired but ashamed at the level of service they can barely pretend to provide. This is an absolute failure of the service industry.
I was at the A Day to Remember concert last night and halfway through they closed half the bathrooms. There was one woman's restroom and one men's restroom and 5 porta potties for a Sold out show. I had to wait in a 20min line and missed the opening for ADTR. Nice venue and good place to see a concert.
