The monitoring is fine, no problems. However dealing with the office manager Mike, (gm) is full of problems. Years ago I got a quote from him about installing video surveillance. It took me one or two weeks to get the quote from him. Jan 20th he came to my house to give me a quote on a new security system. This was a Wednesday.
