The monitoring is fine, no problems. However dealing with the office manager Mike, (gm) is full of problems. Years ago I got a quote from him about installing video surveillance. It took me one or two weeks to get the quote from him. Jan 20th he came to my house to give me a quote on a new security system. This was a Wednesday. My wife and I were told by him (MIke) that we might get the quote on Thursday or most likely Friday that same week. This in now 2/1/21. I have left him messages and still did not get a reply. Great prices and excellent customer service!
We needed a system for our new home. We wanted a burglar alarm and a fire alarm system for our home. We also decided to add cameras to the system based on their recommendations. The system was prewired and as the home neared completion they finished the installation of their equipment. Throughout the installation they were professional and were great to work with. We take great relief that our system was installed by such professionals.
