I have been with this company for almost 2 yrs. the alarm system part of this company, is fine I have no complaints, but the Pest Control side has terrible customer service and the manager isnt much better, I have to hassle with them about calling me before they come out to do the service so I can give them access to my property, then when they come out they do not complete the service.
