They have a very rude operator. Just asking where its located. She's not very helpful and then she just hang up on me. An absolute sham of a company. They are shills who work for insurance companies. Their only role is to put up a facade pretending to be a real medical practice, and in reality they are just there to deny your claim and pretend it’s an independent review. They do not actually care about the details of your case. They are there to rubber stamp the corrupted insurance denial process. I’m not really sure how people like this sleep at night
After two surgeries on my ankle, I have been suffering not only physically but emotionally since 2022, I can't go back to having my active life like before, they send me to this place Dr. Thayer says I'm 100% fine and that I won't have ANY restrictions! Wow! According to him, I can go back to my moving job and lift up to 100 pounds without a problem. They certainly don't care about your suffering here, just that the insurance continues to pay them. Be careful, hire a lawyer.
