I don’t really like doing bad reviews but this new company [ Williards ] is a big scam and people need to know their tactics . MES was great but since these guys have taken over , they have messed up brand new TRANE units . I’ve given them multiple chances to fix it but everytime it’s a different tech and most of them don’t know what to do. After their last visit , they quoted almost $10k to replace stuff which was working great as per another service guy who performed yearly Maintainence .
