I ordered product on the phone with one of their reps in *****, Florida in 2020, specifically asking him to send the product to my home office, since due to covid I was rarely going to hospital I work at. Despite all talks, he sent them to hospital, which I couldn't retrieve, I got to hospital after 3 days.
