I have bought and sold property with Denise and Bob. Their knowledge of the Northwoods and the properties that are available and the fair market value is exceptional. In addition, they are aware of changes in zoning and banking rules, along with all the things that a buyer or seller are not aware of. They are who you want when it comes to making big decisions!
My husband and I were looking for a house in Minocqua area as we planned to move up from Illinois. We didn’t have a realtor but had come across Denise’s name. She was very helpful. She did a video walkthrough of the house for us and we loved it. We put in an offer that day and managed to win the bid out of 6 families. We love our house. Without Denise’s help, we wouldn’t be living happily in the Northwoods
I scheduled a showing online for a new listing. Received automated confirmation via email that the realtor will be in touch. Received a text from Bob asking if I am actively looking, to which I replied immediately that I am a serious buyer. It has now been 48 hours. I have left messages. No response. Still no scheduled showing. If this were my property, I would be livid.
