Tried Meryenda for the first time at Humble Sea brewery up in Pacifica. Heard they also stop by South San Francisco farmer’s market occasionally as well. The pandesal bread tastes like a thicker and heartier Hawaiian roll: the same melt in your mouth texture. But, the bread soaked and held up all the tasty sauces and meat that make this food truck worth trying! Their sweet potato chips are memorable with a very nice crisp. Great sandwiches with a Filipino Twist. Get the Longganisa Burger!
The burgers here were super good and very juicy! I tried the bistek burger pan and the pork longganisa pan. The sauce they used was really unique and added a good balance to the burger. The kamote chips were crispy and had great flavor. The service was friendly and welcoming. Will definitely come back again!
