Unable to contact the Dr. office to dispute a charge. None of the phone numbers online work and the hospital will not connect me. Have been sent to collections without my secondary insurance being billed correctly. Was only able to connect with the collections agency after filing a dispute letter. The collection agency will not provide me with the information for Dr. Rasumussen either. This has been a total disaster.
