First time customer of Mervyn's and everything was impressive! I needed my car back by a specific date and they got it back a day before I expected it, so all the pressure I was feeling disappeared. If I need body shop work in the future, I'll definitely be going to Mervyn's.
I just picked up my vehicle after a bumper replacement at Mervyns...this is the 3rd time using their services. The repairs are excellent quality and were done on schedule. My vehicle interior was very professionally cleaned upon pickup. There was a very minor hiccup with a small trim piece being misplaced that was immediately resolved by Mervyns with zero hassle.
