I found myself in a bind on my way from NC to MD on a Friday evening about 4:30pm. I lucked upon Merv's through a Google search and took my vehicle to them. I explained my situation and if I'm honest, I didn't expect great news considering the time of day and my distance from both home and my destination. I have been taking our vehicles to Merv's for more than 10 years and am very happy with their work. The front desk people are very friendly and knowledgeable. When needed, I have been able to talk directly with the mechanic about what he has found before I authorize the repair. These guy's know what they are doing.
Honest, prompt, reasonable. Great staff to work with. I have known these people for almost 10 years I will always rely on them for automotive care.
