I hired Jeff Mervis to help me with an HOA dispute Basically they changed the bylaws without a vote. I paid $4000 but did not receive any results. Jeff Mervis exhibits Poor negotiation skills when dealing with the opposing party, which ultimately led to unfavorable outcomes.
