Every time I go the store is closed, even during the hours it is supposed to be open.
I just walked into the store looking yo inquire on some parts and materials for a new pool we had Installed, and the lady at the front desk once I walked in and said "Good Morning " answered back with: What do you want? ..... really? We start asking her what we were looking for and she seemed puzzled, so she yelled back to someone if they had what we were asking for, to what the man in the shop yelled back WHAT..... Bad customer service ,lady no even says good morning.talking with attitude .it was my first and last time.some businesses do not get it .curstomer service is key to survive in this new economic.
