My wife and I went to Merv Shipp Smash Repairs today, Monday, June 1, 2026, by chance to have the driver's side door of our 2018 Honda CRV repaired. A car had a hit at the corner between the tyre cover and the door, making it difficult to open. After a warm welcome, the panel beater fixed the door in five minutes while we waited at reception. We were very pleased with how quickly and professionally he and his workmates completed the job. May God bless you all.
I am very disappointed with the service. We sent our car for repair back in January 8, and now it's almost the end of March with no completion sight. What's most frustrating is the constant false promises. We're repeatedly told the car will be ready by a certain date, only to receive a call on that certain date saying the repair is being extended again. This has happened multiple times, which is completely unacceptable. The lack of time management and failure to deliver commitments have made this a very stressful experience.... read more
