I went to Merus for a screening colonoscopy. As a healthcare professional myself, I sometimes have anxiety when I'm the patient (I guess I've seen too much). However, the staff put all my anxiety to ease. EVERYONE, from the front desk staff to Dr. Moole were excellent! - professional and welcoming. Everyone of the staff was so pleasant and friendly. Really made a difference for a nervous patient. I saw the doctor before and after the procedure which was reassuring . The facility for the treatment was done was very clean and all staff seemed very well trained!
