I wish I could give them 0 stars. As a person struggling with mental health I have been taken advantage of by this company. After being signed up by a loved one, I lost my job therefore my insurance which was paying the full cost. The company did not decide to send me a bill until 2.5 months in despite supposedly billing monthly. I have not even used my appointments with the therapist when I reached out about the misunderstanding they canceled my treatment yet require me to pay for 3 months of treatment that I didnt receive.... read more
