Great job
I had a vasectomy earlier today. One of the scariest things I've ever walked into. Dr mertz not only made me feel comfortable but he explained everything and let me know when he was going to touch me so I wasn't surprised. His bedside manner was awesome and he even held small talk with me the entire time he was doing the procedure. This man performed successful surgery on me but aftercare has.been non-existent. His office can't even return a phone call.
In response to previous revue, I don't care about personality, I care about results. Dr. Mertz correctly diagnosed my problem and corrected it via surgery after a prior urologist put me on what would have been a lifetime of non effective drugs to reduce the size of my prostate that was never enlarged in the first place.
This man may be a great doctor but he is a terrible excuse for a human being. The rudest man I have ever encountered. Mean, degrading and not helpful. His behavior was inexcusable and basically belligerent.
