We recently had 2 elderly pups die in the same year. Dr. Mertz and her team worked hard to give them quality lives. They saw Mertz most of their lives and both lived very long lives. Dr. Mertz is straight to the point, she does not beat around the bush. Shes smart and has saved us some emergent situations that would be more costly. I appreciate all the care she has provided our pups. We've had sickly dogs before that were very expensive. Every one was and is so friendly. They actually care about you and how you feel. There were always hugs and cries with me. They became friends to me.
