When my sunroof glass broke, I was told many things: go to the left hand side of the building, an appointment was not required to get an estimate. When I went in, they said they didn’t do sunroofs (left side building) but the other building did. Went there, they told me that an appointment was required to get an estimate. Quite frustrated with all the run around.
Had my car repaired at this location and the experience was as smooth and good as you would want it to be. From the moment they received the car, they were very quick with inspecting the car, determining the kinds of repairs required, and executing the actual repairs promptly informing me of the whole process throughout.

Absolutely phenomenal service all around. Every step of the way dealing with damage done to my car was easy. They helped me feel like my car was being taken care of and the work they did was next level! Shon was super helpful every step of the way and, although a couple snags happened(mainly because Volkswagen parts are hard to come by), he would keep me in the loop so I’m not left wondering what was going on or waiting and I am forever grateful for the service excellent given by him.
