Extremely disappointed with Bannister Hyundai. The entire experience was frustrating from start to finish. My husband spent an entire week being jerked around, only for us to ultimately decide to take our business elsewhere. The difference was night and day, another dealership was able to get him approved in less than a day, while Bannister Hyundai somehow managed to drag the process out for a week. Amazing service
I was quoted 814.41 and then when they sent the text saying it was ready it was 1227.43. For regular maintenance?!?!?!?!? I am deeply regretting buying a Hyundai. They also said by car was washed and vacuumed but it was exact the same as when I brought it there. The best part of the whole experience was the kindness of the shuttle driver.
