The service writer was very dismissive when asked what actual cost over $300. To her it seemed like it was no big deal.
My oil drain plug fell out while I was driving (just bad car) but the engine was fine (shut it off immediately, watched a ton of oil pour out after). They let it sit for 2 weeks and then ran it completely dry of oil to get it into the shop and look at it. They didn't pay attention to the fact that it came in *knowing* there was no drain plug. They damaged my engine and then lied and said I had done it. They offered me no solutions and this is after them having the car for MONTHS and not getting back to me. I would never buy ... read more
