My car lit on fire on the way to Chilliwack just before Hope. Serpentine belt completely melted off. Seized AC compressor and some damaged/melted pulleys. We had my car towed to here Monday and thankfully they were able to get the car back on the road for Friday! Only had to extend my hotel 1 day & had a rental for the week. I was encouraged to trade my old vehicle in for a new Hyundai Kona EV, and so far… I’m loving it. I appreciated them reaching out to make this change so my old car could go to another loving home. Keagan was very nice and made me feel very comfortable, and Jon made sure to give all options a go to find the best plan for me and get me home in the Kona! Had an issue with the fob/key after buying a car there. The staff was very helpful. We also have been going to get our general services done and the service department is top notch. Would recommend Hyundai vehicles and Bannister.
