The old guy who came and serviced our sewer line acted like he didn't want to be there and was complaining pretty much the whole time while he was attempting to clear our sewer line. He didn't have enough sewer cable to clear the whole run and attempted to blame me for not giving him accurate measurements. After he left I realized that the line was still clogged but rather than call grumpy grandpa back I ended up renting a machine from home Depot and clearing it myself.

Honestly, these guys are the best! They were on time, worked very effectively and had the job done fast and clean! They are now on speed dial!! Very Pleased!!

I contacted Mertec on a Tuesday evening and received their answering service. Their answering service passed a message onto him and he called me back within 10 minutes. We discussed the problem we had with our natural gas stove and I'm happy to say we had it fixed before the weekend. I would highly recommend their service to anybody. They are prompt, reliable and friendly.

Mertec is fantastic! When I called at 8:15 in the morning they were here within an hour. They quickly fixed my leak. Their prices are very reasonable, even giving a discount for new customers. The next day they discovered the repairman had overcharged me for the part. They called me to explain and sent me a refund. I will definitely use them for all future plumbing needs!
