Sorry to say I haven’t had a very good experience in years , they fob you off with anybody but a doctor and when I have spoken to doctors on the phone it’s like they really don’t care , I’ve been with this practice all my life and will leave as soon as possible
I would like to thank Kate of the IT Department for her help in enabling to load the updated NHS app on my computer.
Not very impressive at all, on multiple occasions. 1. Was suffering with heart failure (genuinely, and ended up getting admitted to hospital within a week at my insistence). Visit to the doctor and he didn’t even bother to take my blood pressure and after listening to my lungs which had filled up with liquid by this stage, he said it was a chest infection and sent me on my way. For reference the hospital recorded my blood pressure as being 238/120 which is at life threatening levels and my ejection fraction at 20! 2. Same do... read more
What's the point of only being able to book an appointment only on that day? Ridiculous. Is there a doctor you can make an appointment with? You know like all the previous years before people lost their minds . It's like they aren't aware people need to make arrangements around their appointment , kids, certain illness, transport etc. That or they don't want to actually treat you.
