Had an impacted wisdom tooth removed last month and this is genuinely the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. Kate was so attentive, took into consideration my other medical conditions (which no other dentist ever has) and talked me through each step of the process including any adaptations made which I’d asked for beforehand. Brilliant service , was in agony with my wisdom for days , fast appointment & tooth out within minutes .
There were a few technical problems the morning I went for my tooth extraction but Katie was so lovely it was easy to just relax and wait for them to be solved. Katie and her team were fantastic, not an easy (nor pleasant) extraction but painless and undertaken very professionally but with a friendly bit of chat here and there to ease the nerves. Hope Katie liked my music suggestions -Jenny Colquitt and Rachel Croft !
I’m very grateful to everyone at County Road Dental Surgery who has helped me with two tooth extractions over the last two weeks, one at extremely short notice. I think Katie is the most compassionate and lovely dentist I’ve come across and surgically removed my wisdom tooth without any pain whatsoever. I had my tooth taken out today by Kate. Kate is a brilliant dentist very pleasant and calming. My tooth had broken off level with my gums my local dentists would not attempt to take the tooth out and referred me to the NHS community dentists who had a minimum 4 month waiting list, 4 months of pain. I rang Kate and was in the dentist’s the next day, Kate removed the tooth without any difficulty the whole procedure was over quickly with no discomfort . I would give Kate more than 5 stars if I could highly recommend . James
