Recently had my vehicle repaired at MCH. First interactions with the reception staff were fantastic, two informative, friendly ladies. Damage assessment was completed within 5 minutes of me getting to the garage. Appointment made quickly with reception to return my vehicle for the damages to be fixed. I had my car taken here through my insurance and I am so glad this place was chosen! They called me up the day after the accident and arranged to pick it up as soon as we could both arrange it for and it was assessed a few days later. Great experience with Merseyside Car Hospital. Arranged & delivered a loan car super quick & they quickly assessed my car’s damage & passed the report onto my insurance. Karen kept me informed at all times with the various stages. My car turned out to be too damaged to be repaired but if I ever needed a car body repair (hopefully not lol) I would use Merseyside Car Hospital. Definitely recommend
