This service irrespective of their paperwork do NOT provide a personalised services, I continually have to call in the morning. In my opinion they do not understand the concept, they do NOT know what consistency means. To date we have had approx 25 carers (98% have been very good) knowing my passcode to my house. Iim my opinion (have to say that) I am lied to I.e oh he’s down for 830-845 when I asked to see the Carers Rita he was down for 945 really. Stay away! There is no CARE in this agency! This company needs a urgent CQC inspection and also Safeguarding Complaint! Or even better to be shut down! I dread to think of our elderly and vulnerable community getting discharged or put into their hands! This is a ‘care agency’ that should be promoting independence and improving peoples quality of life and that is far from what is happening! They can visit people at 11am which is a breakfast visit and also put to bed at 6pm even though i was told earliest would be 7pm! 14hours... read more
