We have been waiting 1 year just to replace 1 sheet of laserlite. The amount of times we've rang, emailed & phoned & their response is- we're 12 months behind. Yes they might be busy & behind, but not every time we contact them to say "we"re 12 months behin " For a business it's not very "professional" . Will not recommend.
