We have been with MERSEY for several years on a contract basis. They always call when services do so we don’t have to run after them today. Our preseason air conditioning service was done by Rocky. Technician JP was excellent; had been here before too and same review then! Fixed ac that was not cooling...
Technician Cory arrived on time for scheduled service on my furnace. He was very knowledgeable and spent the time to review the status of my furnace. Cory was also very forthcoming in providing his expertise on all of my hvac related questions.
George was very professional and personable.
