Zhao was our technician today. It was our yearly check up on our Furnace and Air Conditioner. Zhao has been to our house before. Always polite, pleasant and at the end of the furnace/air conditioner check reviews with me all that he checked. Great service Zhao!
We have been with MERSEY for several years on a contract basis. They always call when services do so we don’t have to run after them today. Our preseason air conditioning service was done by Rocky. We were notified in advance by text that he was coming the next day. We were then reminded in the morning that he would be here within the given service window. He arrived within the service window. Technician JP was excellent; had been here before too and same review then! Fixed ac that was not cooling...
Technician Cory arrived on time for scheduled service on my furnace. He was very knowledgeable and spent the time to review the status of my furnace. Cory was also very forthcoming in providing his expertise on all of my hvac related questions.
