A sign of great professional and caring about customers us admitting you made a mistake and correcting it with an apology. Farman at Mersey above and beyond in setting up our gas line for our natural gas bbq. They started out by apologizing for canceling out initial appointment due to the weather, then coming out on time, and finally meeting our considerably lower quoted price. Hell, so much happier and would use them again and again
Very pleased with the service and professionalism of the team at Mersey Heating and AC. We signed up to their preventative maintenance program a few years ago and they are very thorough on following up with scheduled appts, calls to set them up with plenty of notice and calls the day before and the day of to estimate technician arrival so you are not waiting around.
