I had a massage with Suckhee (Suki) it was hands down the best relaxation massage I’ve ever had! Room was pretty and smelt great. Admin staff (Lucie) was friendly and warm and made me feel at home, highly recommend!

I’ve had some really positive experiences at Merse Wellness Spa in Virginia, and I want to specifically acknowledge Lucy for her exceptional quality of service. Lucy is incredibly customer-focused and consistently goes above and beyond for members. A great example of this was when I had misplaced a Bluetooth speaker and was told by other staff that it wasn’t at the spa.
