a lovely bathhouse experience on the Northside. two cold plunge pools and 4 warm pools, interspersed with conventional sauna make for a relaxing and rejuvenating spa experience.

Really disappointing experience a few months ago. I was quoted a membership rate and agreed, but due to ongoing system issues I wasn’t able to join until weeks later in the meantime the rate went up. I followed up multiple times and had to repeat the same story each time - despite being told notes were on my account and that the manager would call me back (they never did). First time going, was ok in the early morning when not many people around but as it got busy it was too loud, couldn’t relax with all the groups chatting. On arriving home I noticed my black swimmers have faded to a grey colour from the water! Has never happened elsewhere, but with swimwear so expensive, I won’t be back to risk another ruined set.
