Merse Wellness Spa is really lovely inside, beautifully set up with plenty of options including red light, massages, cold and hot plunges and saunas. The facilities themselves are great. The online booking system is honestly a bit annoying. You have to create an account and give personal details just to make a booking. It is much easier to just call up and book over the phone. I recently visited this bath house and was truly impressed by the experience. They’ve done an amazing job combining traditional relaxation with modern comfort. The entire place is thoughtfully designed, and it’s clear they’ve put a lot of effort into creating a peaceful and rejuvenating atmosphere. Love this bathhouse. Great availability, staff are lovely. I love that the vibe is actually relaxing unlike other bathhouses that are more social. Staff actually venture to keep the atmosphere relaxing, which I love!
I have been trying to contact the Virginia team on multiple platforms for over 2 weeks regarding the worms/fly larvae that I witnessed in the showers on our visit. They have chosen not to reply to my (mostly positive) feedback email, nor several comments on their social media including their own replies to comments within the last 24 hours.
