Gorgeous environment and everything was clearly explained on our tour. I love that there is signage everywhere to show temperatures and recommended protocols.
Been here a few times. Just went here for a full recovery session and was served & looked after to the absolute highest of standards by a lovely staff member called Lucy. Excellent hospitality, highly recommended
I went with a couple girlfriend who would agree It was probably worse bath house experience we had so far. No hot water for the showers only cold during winter, no bubbles in the spa and all hot pools felt like a warm bath even though one was meant to be 38 degrees and smelt like strong chlorine not magnesium. No bubbles in the spas, one guy was on his phone in Sauna talking loud so not relaxing and lockers and change room is unisex, which felt somewhat uncomfortable. Customer service so poor I had to report them to the ombudsman as they have been overcharging me for almost a year, and not responded to 4 of my emails, or 4 in person complaints
