I had a wonderful experience at Mersa hair studio today. The whole team were friendly and welcoming. As someone who is nervous at a hair salon, Mert and Tiana made me feel confident and relaxed. Tiana did a beautiful job cutting my hair into a short style Bob, which I've wanted to do for years. I was so impressed with her professionalism and attention to detail and I walked out with a beautiful new hairstyle. Best experience I've had at a hair dressers in many years.

From the minute you walk into the salon it’s like walking into a family home. The hellos and smiles warm your heart. I’ve been getting my hair done with mersa hair for a short time but within that time I’ve made a few dramatic changes that at any other salon I wouldn’t attempt or think about. The first time I walked in I got a blow dry done with Elissa which took me back in time when you used to be able to get a perfect bounce. I’m so happy with the result! Tiana coloured and Keratin treated my hair, and I’m telling you it is 10/10! She knows her stuff! I felt totally confident with her and she transformed average hair into model hair!!!

10/10 customer service, very professional and highly skilled hair dressers and this is the best my hair has ever looked.. I definitely recommend coming here!!
