Our Sofa bed arrived today in pristine condition wrapped so carefully and well so that it travelled safely. The delivery team so professional the whole experience very satisfying. Thankyou Sue and family at Merrys.
I'll never buy another leather lounge from Merrys. 20 years ago we bought our first. Made in WA. And bought another lounge suite, thinking it was just as good quality. Nope! Made in Asia. Started falling apart. Emailed. A guy came out and did some work on it. But we aren't happy cause it's still falling apart and the foam is garbage. I did email the boss straight away. No reply. Nothing. A leather lounge suite isn't a cheap investment. I wish we hadn't bought ours from Merrys. The quality isn't there now. For the price, wish... read more
Recently purchased a Jackson theatre suite from Merry’s. Took a while to get here but that was to be expected given global shipping issues caused by Middle East conflicts. Really happy with the colour, (Paloma brown) the quality and that awesome leather smell. All steel frame, easy to setup, quiet electric motors, super comfortable and very well finished. Only had it a few days, so I’ll see how it fairs over time but follow the care instructions and it should last for years. Thanks Simon and team.
24/05/24: I purchased a pair of manual recliners earlier this year to replace a pair from another vendor, who no longer exists, that had fallen apart. I am very impressed with them so far. I went the Merry's because my parents had purchased some electric lift chairs from here about 25 years ago that are still going strong.
