Merrymead Farm is owned by the Rothenberger family. It has been in the same family for over 100 years. The farm market was established in 1971 in order for the family to retail their own milk directly to the consumer. We are known for quality milk and delicious ice cream.

The best milk and more! I have been going to Merrymead since I was a child. They have great farm fresh products, and so much more. Their milk and home-made ice cream are too yummy (I especially love their pumpkin ice cream). They have a cute store with home decorations and more that's great for the holidays. The Fall Harvest Days are a family must! They have so many great activities for kids and adults!
Been around for years My family has been going to Merrymead for hayrides since I was little. This year, my family enjoyed a hayride, seeing the animals, posing behind the animal cutouts, the smaller corn maze and pumpkin picking. I have found cheaper pumpkins, elsewhere so not sure if I'd recommend getting a pumpkin there. But the hayride was $3./person and the small corn maze was $1.50/person... great deals! It was packed but I found parking easily.
Fun place for kids My family has been to Merrymead many times for their Fall Harvest and no matter how many times we go we love it. They have the best Cider Doughnuts I have ever had. They also have tours for the farm which schools and mothers groups can do.
Love It My daughters and I went to MerryMead Farms with a large group of friends. We took a tour of their farm which included pigs, peacocks, and of coarse cows! We also took a fun hayride. It was also neat to see how they milked the cows. They claimed to have the best milk in the country! At the end of the tour we got some great ice cream! They have a very nice little store to get some goodies at. I highly recommend taking some time to visit!
local farm merrymeade is a local farm that produces dairy products. The local store has fresh milk, icecream and other essentials. Instead of running to the store for milk, I suggest the local dairy store. Their ice cream is wonderful. Also they have benches for enjoying the ice cream in the evening. The fall is full of activity for families1
a fun place for kids of all ages Merrymead is a local dairy farm that has activities for seasons all year round. There is a petting zoo and an area where you can view the cows being milked. There are hayrides to the pumpkin patch during fall and Christmas trees and plants for sale during the holidays. Springtime brings fun Easter activities and spring plants. There is a store on the premises which sells all milks and ice creams made from their dairy cows.
