I booked an appointment for today and drove 4 hours to visit Ottawa to try on wedding dresses. I called to see if I could come in a bit earlier and was told that I wasn't booked in until next week. I explained how far I had come and the response I got was "sorry-we're fully booked today." Meanwhile, I had gotten an email response to my request to change the appointment time to earlier (which didn't come through on my phone until later at night), which said I could come at 2pm. I came today and the doors were locked, called 3 times but no answer or answered and hung up

I went to MerryMarry this April for my prom dress. The employees really helped a lot! The dresses were really pretty! Love this store！
