Saw Brianna Wiggins. It was fine until the actual checkup. Before I was on the table, I told her I'd never been to the gyno and to use the smallest, like child sized speculum. She then proceeded to try the normal size one first and it hurt so bad! So she took it out and is like "ok now we'll try the smaller one." like. didn't I specifically state that. Dr Mahle is now my gynecologist since my other one retired. She is professional, knowledgeable, and caring. I have visited her at least three times now and each time she has gone above and beyond to listen and solve problems. I highly recommend her.
The doctors are probably fine, but the billing office is ridiculous. They refused to take a copay at the time of service because they couldn't "verify" what they needed to collect, even though we told them it we owed a $30 copay and they had collected that several times from us. Then, they never billed for that copay, and the first notice we have of the amount due was a letter threatening collections. We tried to pay the bill when we got that letter - but they had already sent the bill to collections. So, we reluctantly paid... read more
