I’m very upset that this company has 2, 1 star reviews. I ordered a TV unit from MerryLux and unfortunately due to no fault of their own the unit was damaged in transit. I contacted MerryLux directly and spoke to their General Manager Amir who was nothing but the most helpful and considerate person I’ve ever met. He liaised with me, as did his assistant Christina and organised an immediate return courier and processed an immediate full refund once the item was returned to their warehouse. This business refuses to supply a tax invoice each time it has been requested for multiple purchases. This lack of compliance would indicate that something dodgy may be going on with their reporting and payment of taxes. Best to avoid purchases from here
The shipping is the absolute worst, no thorough updates, items sat at courier hub (20 minutes from my home) for a week! Then was delivered on a Saturday morning (with notice that delivery was taking place being provided via email at 5am that morning). The actual items are great designs and the company ship from their warehouse within 24 hours, though aren’t helpful in then following the shipping up when you have issues/delays. Damaged goods and no response from customer service. Absolutely appauling customer service. My entertainment unit was delivered to me damaged with a 17cm deep scratch across the top surface of the unit. I have emailed photos several times and have received no response for nearly a week.
