Highly recommended Merrylands at Holroyd smash repairs. The communication was clear the whole way through and the quality of work was excellent. The car came back looking brand-new. Really honest, professional and easy to deal with.
Someone sideswiped my van and I took it to another shop first — they told me it’d be at least a month before they could even look at it. A mate recommended Merrylands & Holroyd Smash Repairs, so I called Matt and dropped it off the next day. The difference was night and day. Matt had the job done within the week, kept me updated, and the van came back looking spot on. Good bloke, straight shooter, and the whole process was easy. Quality work, quick turnaround, and no stuffing around. Highly recommend
I recently had an absolutely fantastic experience with them! I took my car in with a couple of paint chips—one on the back, another on the top—and a noticeable dent on the fender near the driver’s seat. Matthew, the owner, was super friendly and made the entire process really straightforward and reasonable in terms of cost. I used merrylands and Holloroyd Smash repairs, for an insurance claim assessment, when I was rear ended by a truck. The girl in the office, made it one of the hardest processes I've EVER had to deal with. She spoke rudely to me , and had a horrible tone and attitude , for no apparent reason. I am embarrassed to admit this, but I cryd 2 times, just from the way she spoke to me. You should never go with a business, just because they are close to home. I've learnt my lesson.
