After six years of using Merry Maids every two weeks, I was always asked to leave a positive review but I never did because I didn’t feel that I could be honest… so here’s the honest review. I utilize the Riverside office for my rental cleaning. However, upon inspection, the house was not cleaned as expected. For example, the doors were dirty, the kitchen cabinets had not been vacuumed out, bathroom cabinets had not been wiped down. In addition, I had paid extra money to have the inside of the refrigerator cleaned. However, it was completely filthy. The team at Merry Maids performed very well. Management was always responsive when we had additional tasks that needed to be performed. I would recommend them.
