I used them for a couple of years now. I always had them out on a Monday. This week they decided Tuesday would be better for them without confirming with me. Now they are trying to charge $75 for me not being home on a day after the usual day (Monday). I am pretty disappointed. They started with three people initially. Then it was two. The last few months it's been one person who is quite old. He is nice but doesn't do as well as the younger crews. I wouldn't recommend this company at this point. I am very disappointed. I was very happy and amazed at the job the girls did on my house. I definitely recommend using Merry Maids if you need house cleaning. I will be using them again.
Your cleaners were very hard working and very present. After completing the cleaning they were willing to help hanging curtains and unloading boxes of cloths and placing them back in the closet
