This company is a SCAM!!!!!!!!! The maids arrived two hours late. Then, they hardly did any work at all. "Soapy water and paper towels" (one of the maid's own words) is NOT what anyone wants. That is nowhere near sufficient. They wouldn't even use bleach and the abrasive side of a sponge. That's how lazy they are. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! My wife and I are so pleased with the cleaning work Crystal performs at our home! We typically do not write reviews. But the excellent work and service provided by Crystal warrant an exception. She arrives on time. She is fully equipped and stocked to perform her work. We are especially pleased that Crystal will spend extra time and energy in cleaning areas that are usually a challenge. I have Merry Maids once a month at my home, The 2 gals who were here on 11/8/23 Lois and Laurie were by far the best staff I have had since I started service. They were though, they know how to do there job,Very pleasant, Appeared to take pride in there work, They made sure that I was happy with the work. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They were an hour late and never apologized. We asked for a deep cleaning of the house and they left after an hour. The house was hardly even cleaned. To top it off several items were broke in the house and never told us. We didn't know until the next day during a house showing. Worst company!
