We have used several cleaning services over the past few years but Merry Maids is for sure the best one. Our team, led by the incredible Hibo, is fast, efficient, meticulous in their cleaning and so kind and easy to be around (we are often home when they are here). Love the reminder email the night before and the fact that we get a text when the team is on the way and we can track when they arrive. We appreciate all the little extras you do when you're here.
We have been using their services since 2021, and last week marked our final visit. Unfortunately, as Merry Maids has grown rapidly, the quality of their service has not kept pace. Over time, we noticed a steady decline in the standard of cleaning. Floors were only partially mopped, with visible marks showing that only the center areas were done.
